Privacy Policy
Version 2026-10-29 · Effective October 29, 2026
1. Who we are
Cymatrax, Inc. operates Cymatrax. This policy describes how we handle account information and audio you upload. Questions go to support@cymatrax.com. We do not publish individual staff names.
2. Who may use Cymatrax
You must be 18 or older to create an account.
3. Audio you upload
You upload your own audio. We store that upload only long enough to process it, and we store the processed file and a short preview so you can listen and download.
The original upload is deleted automatically as soon as processing succeeds. If processing fails, the original is kept 24 hours so support can look into the failure, then deleted.
Processed files are deleted automatically 7 days after processing. The track page and your library show the date and time that file expires. You can delete a track sooner. Deleting the files does not delete the library row: the name, duration, minutes used, and timestamps stay so your history remains.
The 30-second preview is not stored separately beyond 7 days.
4. Staff review of a short excerpt
Authorized staff may listen to a short excerpt, limited to that 30-second preview, for support and quality. Each review is written to an access log. The review link expires after 5 minutes. That excerpt is not kept as a separate copy beyond the 7-day preview window above.
5. Account, billing, and messages
We collect your name, email address, and a password hash. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store card numbers. Purchase records (amount, product, and time) stay on your account. Email is sent through Resend, including account verification and password reset.
Pricing is communicated separately.
6. Analytics
Analytics is Google Analytics 4 only, and only after you consent. It is not loaded without that consent.
7. Support
Support is general product help only. Write to support@cymatrax.com.
8. Not medical advice
Cymatrax is not a medical device and this service is not medical advice.
