Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Cymatrax, Inc.. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If we publish a new version, we ask you to accept it the next time you sign in.

2. Your audio

You upload your own audio and you must have the rights to it. You give us permission only to process, store, and play it as the product and the Privacy Policy describe, including a short staff review of the 30-second preview when you ask for help or when we check quality. Those reviews are access-logged.

3. How long files stay

The original upload is deleted automatically as soon as processing succeeds. If processing fails, it is kept 24 hours for support, then deleted. Processed files are deleted automatically 7 days after processing. The library and the track page show that expiry date and time. The 30-second preview, including any staff-reviewed excerpt, is not stored separately beyond 7 days. The library row (name, duration, minutes used, and timestamps) remains after the files are gone.

4. Payments

Paid plans and minute packs are billed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store card numbers. Pricing is communicated separately. Minutes are spent when you unlock a full track, as the product describes at the time you unlock it.

5. Messages and analytics

Account email is sent through Resend. Analytics is Google Analytics 4 only, and only after you consent.

6. Support

Support is general product help only, at support@cymatrax.com. We do not publish individual staff names.

7. Disclaimer

Not medical advice. Cymatrax is not a medical device. The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Cymatrax, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to Cymatrax, Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact support@cymatrax.com.
